Fill the bottle with warm water. Then securely close it with the screw cap and pull out the spray nozzle until it is firmly in place. While using the toilet, turn the bottle upside down between your legs and tilt the spray nozzle towards your intimate area. Gently squeeze the bottle; repeat if necessary.
