The Lansinoh NaturalWave® teat is specially designed for breastfed babies. Made from extra-soft and flexible silicone, it adapts to the palate, allowing the baby to maintain their natural sucking pattern. This makes switching between breast and bottle easy. If you want to combine breastfeeding and bottle-feeding, the NaturalWave® teat is the natural solution. Reduced nipple confusion is clinically proven.* The wide, non-stick base ensures easy latching and a secure seal. The gentle slope of the NaturalWave® teat allows the baby to close their lips around it.
An integrated anti-colic valve reduces the swallowing of air – a possible cause of colic.

NaturalWave® preserves the natural suction behavior
The NaturalWave® teat supports the natural, wave-like tongue movement and preserves the natural sucking pattern learned during breastfeeding. This makes switching from breast to bottle and back to breast easy. In a clinical study, 33 newborns aged one to ten weeks who had not been directly breastfed for a period of time were observed over a two-week period. The aim of the study was to determine whether they could return to breastfeeding directly after being fed with the NaturalWave® teat.

At the start of the study, before using the NaturalWave® teat, 30% of the babies refused to breastfeed, and only 42% consumed more than half of their required amount of breast milk through breastfeeding. After two weeks of using the NaturalWave® teat, however, none of the babies refused the breast, and 79% consumed more than half of their required amount of breast milk through breastfeeding.

Soft, stretchable teat tip
The teat's long, rounded tip ensures a perfect fit in the baby's mouth. The tip is soft, exceptionally flexible, and easily compressible, allowing your baby to control the milk flow independently. The teat tip is reinforced internally for added stability, preventing it from bending during sucking.

Anti-colic valve
The AVS™ valve on the teat reduces the swallowing of air – a possible cause of colic.
