Instructions for use

• Wash hands thoroughly
• Open the packaging and remove the gel pad from the reusable storage tray.
• Gently place the gel side of the pad directly over the dry and clean nipple.
• Remove the gel pad before breastfeeding. Check your breast for residue and gently clean if necessary.
• Do not use the gel pad together with nipple creams or other externally applied preparations.
• Store in the refrigerator for an extra cooling effect.
• Can be reused for up to 72 hours in the included storage tray.
• Do not rinse gel pads with water.
